Seido Karate at Millbrook School is run by Mark Terry. The club trains Tuesdays and Thursdays and classes are run for adult students of all ages and physical abilities. Mark has been practising and teaching martial arts for over 20 years. Mark has disclosure and barring clearance as well as NSPCC certification in child protection awareness for teaching children and holds the highest level of first aid certification.
