Seido Karate London was founded in 1991 by  Julie Hughey, Ceri Evans and John Esposito.   The dojo started training in Fulham at the Sands End Community Centre, and moved in 1994 to The Arts Educational Schools London in Turnham Green.

There is a strong Kiwi contingent training at the dojo with all our founding members being from different dojo  in New Zealand, namely Auckland, Christchurch, Nelson, Wellington, and Timaru.
